  • How can I place orders?

    To make an order it takes just few minutes, and only two steps:
    1- Choose your favorite items and add them to your cart.
    2- Select the payment method you prefer and proceed to complete the order.
  • How do I know if you received my order?

    You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as you’ll place your order.
  • I have not received a confirmation of my order. What can I do?

  • Can I cancel or change my order once was placed?

    Once the payment been made, the system will automatically load the order, then you can not edit it directly. Contact us if you may need any help.

    Coupon Code

  • What are coupon codes?

    Coupons are codes that allow you to get a discount. They cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • When can I use coupon codes?

    You can apply only a coupon code on every single order. Coupon codes are not valid on products in sale. Coupon codes can not be combined
  • How can I use coupon codes?

    Write the coupon code you get, during the check-out, in the designated area. The discount will appear in the order report.

    The Blowhammer’ website ensures high security of your data. All transactions are processed by the last generation systems, to guarantee purchases in complete safety.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, or a bank transfer.
  • Is VAT excluded or included in the price?

    All items on the site include VAT.
  • How is the fee charged on my credit card?

    Once the order is confirmed, payment will automatically be charged to the card used.

    Shipping and Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free for orders over 150€.
  • How much does delivery take?

    You’ll get your parcel within 3-5 working days. Every order placed after 12:00 pm will be processed the next day.
  • I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

    Returns and Exchange

  • Can I return my order to get an exchange/refund?

  • I bought a Pack. Can I ask for an exchange/refund?

    By purchasing a Pack it is possible to request a sizes exchange of one or more items or a refund of the total amount that had been charged. It is not possible to exchange the item with a different model, from the one that the customer purchased.
